Stay Tennis-Active During Self-Isolation
Hello fellow tennis enthusiasts;
To help with your tennis withdrawal due to self isolation, I have developed what I think will be fun sessions which will keep you active and also offer suggestions, so that it will be easier for you to return to your regular playing level once the club re-opens.
These sessions will have a set of exercises (approx 10 - 15 minute) covering footwork, fitness, tactical and technical activities that you can participate in from the comfort of you own home. Along with these exercises, you will have the opportunity to participate in any topic of conversation that may come up.
I hope it becomes a fun way to not only help you stay 'tennis fit' but to also keep in touch with other club members during these sessions.
