Frequently Asked Questions . . . . .

Can I still play if I am not a Member?

Guests/Visitors to the Club are more than welcome but are required to pay a guest fee.

See the Memberships and Fees button for more information.

Do you accept payment by credit card and/or cheque?

Yes, we accept payment by cheque, VISA, Mastercard, Debit and Cash.  Payment can be paid either in person or through our On-line Payment portal.

Do you have a dress code?

Yes,  Tennis shoes must be worn.  Shoes must have a flat sole without deep treads, and be non-scuffing.  Appropriate athletic wear is required.  Shirts must be worn at all times.  Check the About Us>Guidelines/Etiquette tab for more information.

Are you required to reserve the courts?

Although we do have people come to play without a reservation, we strongly recommend that you book your court time in advance (in person, by phone or our online-booking button), particularly when you would like to play inside the 'bubble'.  You can book your court up to one week in advance.  You can book a singles match for one hour or a doubles match for two hours.  Court times may be extended depending on court availability.  In the summer season (April 1st - October 31st) the outdoor courts are also available and there is a better chance of securing a last minute court.  There are times though that even these courts become fully booked.

What happens if I want to cancel a court reservation?

We ask that you provide 24hrs notice when cancelling an indoor/outdoor reservation.  If you cancel the booking with less notice, or fail to show up, and we cannot rebook the court, you will be charged the court fee.  You have an option to find a replacement.

If the weather is bad and I can't make it to the Club, will I still be charged?

Unfortunately, everyone has a varying opinion regarding weather conditions.  We recommend you contact the Club for updates on court conditions and/or closures.  In severe weather the Club would be closed and no court fees would be charged.

Would you help me find a playing partner?

Most certainly!  We recommend that new members take one lesson with our head pro in order to be 'rated'.  He can provide you with information regarding which members would be best suited for you to play with.  You can also check our Club News - Bulletin Board or the on-line Booking 'Find a Partner' which will provide you with information regarding members looking for matches.  You can contact these members directly to arrange a match.  You will find our members very friendly and eager to play!

Are the Club facilities available for special events?

Yes.  Our receptionist would be more than happy to discuss rental fees with you.  We have hosted euchre parties, card parties, birthday parties and special tournaments.,
